The port is about 30 minutes from Nice Airport, but access is tightly controlled — vehicles need to navigate the principality's one-way tunnel system and security checkpoints. Alternatively, guests can transfer to the port of Sainte-Maxime (a faster drive) and take a short water taxi across the bay.
The deep, sheltered bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer, just 6 km from Nice, is a popular anchorage for the largest superyachts that cannot fit into port berths. Guests are typically tendered ashore to the quay at Villefranche, where our driver can be waiting.
