Cannes Transfer is a private transfer service on the French Riviera, based in Cannes, France. We decide how the data described here is used, which makes us the data controller under the GDPR.
You can reach us about anything on this page on WhatsApp or by phone at +33 6 05 91 27 89.
The form asks only for what a driver needs in order to meet you:
We do not ask for your name, email address or passport details, and no card data is ever entered on this website — payment is arranged directly with the driver.
When you submit the form, your browser sends the request straight to our Telegram chat through the Telegram Bot API. Telegram therefore transmits and stores a message containing the details listed above. We keep that message while we arrange your transfer, and afterwards only for as long as we need it for our accounts.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser, page requested and time. We use them to keep the site secure and to investigate faults, on the basis of our legitimate interest in a working website.
Nothing is measured before you choose. Google Consent Mode is set to denied by default, so analytics and advertising storage stay blocked until you press Accept on the cookie banner.
Necessary — always active, no tracking. These stay in your own browser and are sent nowhere:
Analytics — only after you accept. Google Analytics 4 (_ga cookies) shows us, in aggregate, which pages and routes people actually read.
Advertising — only after you accept. Google Ads (_gcl_… cookies) shows which ads lead to a booking.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:
If — and only if — you accepted advertising cookies, the phone number you typed is turned into an irreversible hash inside your browser and sent to Google in that form. Google compares the hash against its own records to establish whether a booking followed an ad click. Google never receives your number in readable form from this website, and nothing is sent at all if you declined.
Our pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. To deliver the font files Google receives your IP address. This happens as the page renders, before any cookie choice, because it is part of displaying the page.
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on for anyone else's marketing.
Google and Telegram may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the safeguards those companies publish, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Under the GDPR you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict how we use it, receive it in a portable form, or object to processing we base on legitimate interest. You can withdraw cookie consent at any moment with the button in section 5.
Write to us on WhatsApp or call +33 6 05 91 27 89. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr.
The service is meant for adults making a booking. We ask how many children are travelling only so that the driver brings the right seats, and we collect nothing else about them.
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page along with the date shown at the top.
