Milan sits the other side of the Ligurian coast: the A8 then the A10 through Sanremo and Genoa, then north to the city. There is no high-speed train from the Riviera, so the trip is road or a slow mix of regional trains. A private transfer from Nice Airport is €455, from Cannes €485, from Nice centre €445, from Genoa €185. The price is fixed when you book and does not change with the border, Saturday traffic or a late landing.
Below are all 25 Milan routes we run. Every one works in both directions at the same rate, including night arrivals at Milano Centrale or a hotel by the Duomo.
Prices are per vehicle, not per person, for up to 4 passengers. Private transfer to Milan Duomo, Centrale or your hotel — from Nice Airport, Cannes, Monaco, Sanremo and Genoa.
Riviera towns, Provence and the Alps. Same fixed-price rule. Book online or ask on WhatsApp.

We are not a taxi company. In France a taxi charges by the meter; we are a private hire (VTC), so the price has to be agreed in advance. Nice to Milan is about 350 km. A metered taxi, if a driver even accepts the job, typically comes to €650–900, and the figure is only known on arrival.
The train via Ventimiglia and Genoa is 5 hours and more with changes. A flight looks short until you add Nice Airport, security and the 50 km from Malpensa into town. A booked car is door to door in about 3.5–4 hours, and you know the number before you leave.
The usual line is the A8 to the border, then the A10 along the Italian Riviera. Sanremo is about two hours from Nice, Genoa about an hour more, then the A7 north into Milan. If you want a coffee stop in Sanremo or a look at Genoa’s port, say so when you book — the price stays the same, the clock does not.
Drop-off is the address you give: a hotel near the Duomo, Milano Centrale, a meeting in Porta Nuova. Linate is close to the centre; Malpensa is a separate 45-minute run — write the terminal if that is where you need to be.
